- Can I check the status of my order?

Delivery
- How much will it cost to deliver my order?
- Orders of $59 or more will be delivered within Australia FREE.
All orders less than $59 will be delivered at the flat rate of $10. - How will you deliver my order?
- Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via Australia Post. There will be no mention of AdultShop on the external packaging. For more information, see our Shipping page.
- Where do you deliver to?
- From this store, we deliver to Australia only.
- What if I'm not home?
- If there is no one available to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office. Australia Post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention AdultShop in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a card advising you that delivery was attempted. More Information is available on our Shipping page.
- Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

What if my Lingerie doesn't fit?

Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer online credits or refunds for change-of-mind purchases of lingerie, intimate apparel or costumes. This includes items such as body stockings, hosiery, thongs, G-strings and briefs.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items may be returned for a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to inspect all items returned as faulty. A refund or replacement may be declined where, in our reasonable opinion, the issue has resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or use contrary to the product instructions.
Please refer to the size guide in the product description and select your size carefully. Our intimate apparel and costumes are typically tight fitting, so if you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Sale, clearance and discounted items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless they are faulty.

- Is it safe to use my credit card here?
- Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the Internet.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
- We accept Visa & MasterCard. We also accept Visa & MasterCard Debit cards, plus we now also accept PayPal, zipPay and AfterPay!
- What will my credit card statement show?
- AdultShop endeavours to be as discreet as possible in every factor of your ordering process, unfortunately some banks will not accept the narration that e-commerce websites advise for transactions. In our case we advise our merchant to use the narration of "Ashop" but in some instances we have seen banks utilise our trading name of GT Safro Pty Ltd. Unfortunately, we nor any other e-commerce website can change this as it is up to your bank on what they wish to show as the narration of the payment. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

How do I return my purchase for a refund?

Who pays for postage when returning goods?
- Please note that YOU are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an item back to us for an online credit or refund. We strongly recommend you send the item to us by registered post and retain your proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or misplaced in transit.
You must notify us within five (5) days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for an online credit or refund. All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorisation number to be considered for online credit or refund, this is done via our website. Please see our Returns page for more information.
