I wish I had found this years ago! My wife loves giving it to me, and now I love it as there is no pain anymore, thankyou!

When my husband and I decided to start exploring with anal play, we purchased Back Door Anal Comfort Spray. I'm very happy with it. It numbs the area enough for comfort but doesn't take away any sensation. A must have for first timers and the experienced.

Do you have a question?

  • What's the most comfy way of having anal sex?
As a general rule, the more aroused your girl is, the less anal sex will hurt initially (having an orgasm first might also help to relax her). Ask her to hold her bottom open and bear down (as if she's trying to go to the toilet) – it will open up her anus. Ask her to breathe deeply, then back up so you can penetrate her just a little. If she starts to panic, tell her to try contracting her anal muscles voluntarily to give her a sense of control. And remind her to give you constant feedback. It may take a few sessions before she can accept you fully, so don’t rush her or apply any pressure on her to “perform”. And if at any time she tells you it feels painful, stop or at least take the stimulation back a notch! Remember - the key to anal pleasure is relaxation and lubrication!

Apply LOTS of lube to both your penis AND her bottom, and then gently rub the head of your dong against her opening. Wait for her anus to relax and open, then let her back onto your shaft, rather than you do the penetrating. Hold your penis at the base and wait until the head (only) penetrates. Pause until she says it’s okay to go further and insert a little at a time, and very slowly! Once it’s all in, pause again, then start with some slow, gentle thrusting. Angle yourself so that you’re aiming for her belly button. And remember to stop regularly to apply more lubrication and to exit as slowly as you entered – go too fast and her muscles will tense and spasm.
