A. The adultshop.com website is linked dynamically to our warehouses in Canberra, the products that are online are readily available so there is no time delay between ordering and shipping. Q. I have just checked my affiliate stats, could you explain please what it all means - paid says false, level says 0, and also I notice that the freight charge wasn't included in total charge.
A. Paid - FALSE means that your commission has not been paid to date. This will change to TRUE once your commission has reached $100 and your have received payment. If your commission was fraudulent is will show FRAUD. LEVEL 0 - is used for the multi tiered affiliate system which is currently being developed. Level zero is the top level; we are in the process of implementing a multi-tiered affiliate system. Freight is not credited to your account, as it is the cost of shipping your goods to your customer.

Q. I want to receive a cheque instead of having my commissions paid via direct deposit into my bank account. Is that OK?
A. Due to the increase in cheque fees, we changed our payment method to direct deposit. This is why it is important for you to ensure that your bank details are up to date with us. Should you wish to be paid via cheque a processing fee of $20 will apply.

Q. I have just received a commission payment for last month, but after looking at my account online there are a couple of sales that still show false. What's the deal?
A. What has happened in this instance is that the sale that shows false has been rejected or declined because of fraudulent reasons. In cases such as this we cannot credit you with the sale, as it was not approved. On rare occasions a fraudulent transaction will take place and as much as we try to limit the damage of these transactions, we cannot always avoid the trouble associated in these situations.

Q. I have four websites that I want to link your affiliate program to. Does that mean I need four Affiliate ID's?
A. In a short word, No. You can use one affiliate ID for all your linking, across both products and websites. That way all your commission will be recorded in one account instead of four, therefore increasing your commission payments and the time between receiving each payment.
