The only details to be included on the packaging will be the recipients details and the senders details. The senders details will be marked as coming from Calvista Australia, there will be no mention of adultshop.com on the parcel so you can be asured that your co-workers, parents or partners will be none the wiser!
That's right! For all orders of $200 or more, goods will be delivered at no charge within Australia. And of course, always with the same level of privacy and discretion!
If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your credit card transaction has been approved and another email when your order leaves the warehouse. Your order will be shipped in plain packaging with no indication of the supplier. Your order will be shipped from our Canberra warehouse.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. Orders are usually processed for dispatch within three business days, however, this can stretch out as far as ten business days during sale periods and popular promotions. Remember, you can always check the status of your order in the Member's Area of the web site.
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post Express or Australian Air Express. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered next working day to the following areas

If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention adultshop.com in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a card advising you that delivery was attempted.
