Please choose carefully before you buy.We are unable to accept products or DVDs which do not meet your expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

- Complete the Express Returns Form below detailling your reasons for returning the product.
- Once the form has been receieved by our Customer Service team, they will be in contact to issue you with a 'Returns Authority' number.
- You are then requested to return the goods, along with the Returns Authority number to our Freepost address
